The casting news keeps coming for American Horror Story. Earlier in the week EW announced that Jenna Dewan had been cast on the FX thriller’s second season. Now, we can confirm that Run Lola Run‘s Franka Potente will be featured in a two-episode arc on the show as a patient at the asylum run by Jessica Lange’s character. The actress, who appeared opposite Matt Damon in The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy, will also be seen in this summer’s new drama series Copper, premiering Aug. 19 on BBC America.

Potente joins a star-studded ensemble for AHS‘ second season including Lange, Dewan, Joseph Fiennes, James Cromwell, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Evan Peters, Zachary Quinto, Adam Levine, Chloe Sevigny, Lizzie Brochere and Mark Consuelos.

The news was first reported by TVLine.
