There’s a new Puckerman at McKinley!

Newcomer Jacob Artist (pictured), whose few credits include the Lifetime TV movie Blue Lagoon: The Awakening and a guest spot on Melissa & Joey, has joined the Fox comedy as Puck’s half-brother Jake. In the season premiere, the younger Puckerman will try out for New Directions, but his bad-boy ways could hurt his chances.

Glee has also cast a new NYADA classmate for Rachel (Lea Michele). Dean Geyer, who made a name for himself on Australian Idol, will play Brody Weston, an upperclassman who has eyes for the new girl on campus. He will also appear in the season opener on Sept. 13.
