Did Reality Steve spoil another 'Bachelorette' finale?

On the fan site Reality Steve — a blog run by Steve Carbone that largely seeks to spoil the outcome on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette — a July 3 post reveals who Emily Maynard will allegedly choose in the July 22 finale on the ABC dating show. Citing no sources, Carbone says it took him “six weeks to get it confirmed, but by golly, I’m finally glad I did.”

“The live finale will NOT be Emily making her final decision, or pulling a Jen Scheft and choosing no one, or saying ‘no.'” Carbone writes. “They’re engaged.”

Did Carbone violate the terms of his recent settlement with Warner Bros.-owned NZK Prods and Alternative TV, which sued Carbone in December for soliciting information from The Bachelor cast and crew? One of the apparent terms was that Carbone agreed “to have no further contact whatsoever with any of the cast, crew or employees of The Bachelor,” according to a statement by a studio spokesperson.

But Carbone, in an email to EW, said, “None of my sources are cast and crew.” He also said he has not heard from the studio since publishing the alleged spoiler on his blog earlier this week.

A Warner Bros. spokeswoman declined to comment.

It’s unclear whether Carbone’s most recent spoiler is correct, but he’s been right in the past. Meanwhile, Carbone posted this on Twitter after the settlement with the studio was reached: “Long story short: RealitySteve.com isn’t going anywhere, I don’t owe the other side a penny, and they had no case.”
