Grey’s Anatomy actress Jessica Capshaw, 35, gave birth to her third child, daughter Poppy James, with husband Christopher Gavigan on June 20. Poppy joins siblings Luke, 4, and Eve, 1…. Ted star Giovanni Ribisi, 37, and model Agyness Deyn, 29, tied the knot in June in Los Angeles…. Country singer Wynonna Judd, 48, married boyfriend Cactus Moser, 55, who plays as her backup musician, on June 10 at her home in Tennessee.

NBA player Tony Parker, 30, is suing W.i.P., the New York City nightclub where a fight broke out on June 14 between the entourages of Drake and Chris Brown. Parker — who says shards of glass damaged his cornea — claims that security was negligent. He is seeking $20 million in damages. The club has denied all wrongdoing…. John Travolta, 58, has been accused of sexual misconduct yet again. Fabian Zanzi, a former Royal Caribbean cruise-ship worker, claims that Travolta accosted him and exposed himself during a meal delivery to Travolta’s suite in 2009. Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer says, ”This is another ludicrous lawsuit with inane claims.”… Dancing With the Stars alum Kyle Massey, 20, is suing Associated Television International for copyright infringement, claiming that he came up with the concept for the Lifetime show Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp but has received no compensation. (The former That’s So Raven star was previously set to appear on a reality show with Palin, but it was canceled by Bio.)… Halle Berry, 45, was reportedly ordered by a judge to pay ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry $20,000 a month in child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla.


Rapper 50 Cent (a.k.a. Curtis Jackson), 36, was briefly hospitalized in Queens after an early-morning car crash on June 26. ”He was treated for minor neck and back injuries,” says a rep, ”and is doing just fine.”… Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek, 71, was hospitalized after suffering a mild heart attack in Los Angeles on June 23. He is expected to make a full recovery and begin taping the show’s 29th season in July.


Film critic Andrew Sarris, who wrote for The Village Voice (and later The New York Observer) and penned the incisive book The American Cinema: Directors and Directions 1929-1968, passed away on June 20. He was 83…. Artist LeRoy Neiman, who rose to fame with his colorful paintings and drawings of athletes and celebrities, passed away on June 20 at age 91…. Actor Richard Lynch, who often played villains in films like Bad Dreams and The Sword and the Sorcerer, was found dead in his home near Palm Springs, Calif., on June 19. He was 76.
