Don’t say goodbye to Poppy Montgomery just yet!

CBS is talking to the producers of Unforgettable about bringing the procedural back next summer. As first reported on Deadline, the Eye is looking to make a 13-episode order — assuming the deal goes through.

After CBS canceled the show that stars Montgomery and Dylan Walsh, Sony TV began shopping the freshman series to other nets. Unforgettable was one of nine shows that got a pink slip this spring despite posting relatively decent ratings.

Unforgettable averaged 12.1 million viewers and a 2.5 rating/7 share in adults 18-49. It wasn’t the kind of show folks talked about around the water cooler, but its performance was hardly forgettable.
