Yes, that’s Bill Murray slip-sliding into home plate during a rain delay at the Charleston RiverDogs game on Sunday. The actor is a part-owner of the minor-league franchise, a Class A affiliate of the New York Yankees, but even if he didn’t half-own the place, who’s going to stop him from having so much fun? (I mean, he’s already slid in to home at Wrigley Field.) Watch Reason No. 3,078 why Bill Murray is cooler than you.

I hate to split hairs but I’m not sure Murray touched the plate.

I love the Peanuts traveling music the stadium played for him. It’s not hard for me to believe that’s the music Murray hears in his head all the time: the man is a human incarnation of Snoopy.
