Howard Stern had barely broken the seal on his new gig as a judge on America’s Got Talent before he threatened to quit. On last night’s broadcast, Stern couldn’t possibly deny how adorable 7-year-old aspiring rapper Mir Money was. What he could deny was the pint-sized Philadelphian’s talent. And so he did.

Moments after Stern lit up the dreaded “X” of rejection, followed by Sharon Osbourne, Money struggled to hold in his disappointment. He cracked during Stern’s comments, and the shock-jock hurried to the stage to console the little guy while the crowd booed. But Money wasn’t the only one trying to hide his emotions. “This job is too rough for me, I don’t really wanna do it anymore,” admitted Stern. He continued to be upset as he walked backstage, saying, “I’m not cut out for this, man. I’m shaking. I can’t do it, man. I can’t do it.” Watch the clip below.
