Matthew Fox charged with DUI

Lost alum Matthew Fox has officially been charged with a DUI, People reports. The actor was arrested last Friday in Oregon, then held in custody and released later that day. On Wednesday, he was charged with driving both under the influence and without a license. His arraignment is scheduled for June 7.

This is Fox’s second run-in with the law in less than a year; last August, he was detained after allegedly assaulting the driver of a party bus in Cleveland.
