Kids’ Choice Awards
Selena Gomez picked up awards for Favorite TV Actress and Favorite Female Singer at Nickelodeon’s 25th annual event in Los Angeles on March 31, but only a select few — including Favorite Male Singer Justin Bieber, host Will Smith, and performer Katy Perry — got doused in the show’s signature green slime.

The Academy of Country Music Awards
Taylor Swift walked away with Entertainer of the Year for the second year in a row at the April 1 fete in Las Vegas, while Miranda Lambert nabbed two trophies for Album of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.

The Razzies
Though Adam Sandler was on hand to pick up a Kids’ Choice Award for his role in the twin comedy Jack and Jill, he skipped out on the April 1 Razzies in L.A., where the film swept a record-setting 10 categories, including Worst Actor and Worst Actress. As show founder John Wilson quipped, ”I’m worried that we will encourage people to see it [just] to see how bad it is, which is a fate worse than death.”
