The Artist actress Penelope Ann file for separation

Penelope Ann Miller, best known for roles in The Artist and Kindergarten Cop, filed for legal separation from husband of 12 years James Huggins, TMZ reports. The couple has two children together. This is Miller’s second marriage. She was previously married to Will Arnett for a year.

Miller is set to star in drama Saving Lincoln, out early next year.
