Jamie Waylett, the 22-year-old actor who played Slytherin goon Vincent Crabbe in the Harry Potter films, has reportedly been sentenced to two years in jail for violent disorderly conduct during last year’s riots in London.

BBC News reports that Waylett, who has a previous conviction for marijuana possession, was found guilty by a jury at London’s Wood Green crown court after cameras captured him participating in riotous activities in an area north of London. Waylett admitted to drinking from a bottle of champagne stolen during the riot; however, the jury cleared him of intent to destroy property despite being caught on British closed-circuit television with a bottle of gasoline with a rag as a wick.

Waylett received a two year sentence for violent disorder and one year for handling stolen goods. He will be eligible for release after a year.
