Get ready for more odd adventures with Nick and Monroe.

NBC has renewed its freshman supernatural drama Grimm for a second season, EW has confirmed. Since its premiere in October, Grimm has continued to surprise in the ratings, delivering strong numbers (6.4 million on average), especially for a newbie hour-long on a Friday night.

Viewers were introduced to the world of Grimms via Det. Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli), who discovered his supernatural hunter heritage in the show’s pilot. During business hours, he works on a cases with partner Hank (Russell Hornsby), all the while learning more about the things that go bump in the night from unlikely friend (and supernatural being) Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell).

Grimm‘s next new episode airs March 30.
