Some have soared and some have struggled — but they're all getting back together for ''American Reunion.'' Here's what they've been up to these past 13 years
Besides the two American Pie sequels, Biggs, 33, starred in Saving Silverman, Anything Else, and Jersey Girl, and played a main character on last year’s CBS sitcom Mad Love. He met his wife, actress Jenny Mollen, on the set of the 2008 film My Best Friend’s Girl.
Hannigan, 37, found fame as Willow on the cult-favorite series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Since 2005, she has starred as kindergarten teacher Lily Aldrin on How I Met Your Mother. Hannigan and her husband, fellow Buffy and Angel actor Alexis Denisof, are currently expecting their second child.
Thomas Ian Nicholas
Nicholas, 31, has split his time between movies and music. He’s had small roles in Halloween: Resurrection, The Rules of Attraction, and more recently, Please Give. As a rock singer-songwriter, Nicholas has released three albums since 2008. He married DJ and singer Colette Marino; the pair welcomed a son last year.
After American Pie, Klein, 33, appeared in several movies, including Rollerball and We Were Soldiers. His five-year relationship (and one-year engagement) with Katie Holmes ended in 2005. In 2010, after a second DUI arrest, Klein entered rehab. Now sober, he appeared on FX’s Wilfred last year.
Seann William Scott
Scott, 35, has had the most successful movie career of the American Pie gang, starring in hits like Dude, Where’s My Car?, The Dukes of Hazzard, Role Models, and three Ice Age sequels. Scott was admitted to an unspecified rehab facility last March and completed the program a month later.
The 36-year-old’s post-Pie career includes such films as Josie and the Pussycats and Van Wilder. She later appeared on NBC’s Scrubs and hosted the E! reality show Taradise. Reid also became a tabloid staple due to her partying, her plastic surgeries, and an infamous red-carpet wardrobe malfunction.
Two months after Pie, Suvari, 33, starred as the rose-petal-covered Angela in the Oscar-winning American Beauty. Since then, she has guest-starred on Six Feet Under and American Horror Story. Suvari filed for divorce from concert promoter Simone Sestito in January.
Eddie Kaye Thomas
In addition to his role in all three Harold & Kumar movies as the duo’s Jewish friend Rosenberg, Thomas, 31, has starred in a number of TV comedies: Off Centre, ‘Til Death, and most recently, HBO’s How to Make It in America. He also provides the voice of Barry on Fox’s American Dad!
After her famous nearly-nude scene in American Pie as Czech exchange student Nadia, Elizabeth, 38, landed roles in Scary Movie and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. She’s since transitioned to TV, appearing on That ’70s Show, in professional poker tournaments, and on season 6 of Dancing With the Stars.
