First there was planking. Then owling. Then leisure diving. Then Tebowing. And now? Draping. Yes, with the advent of a new season of Mad Men (finally!) upon us, there’s a new Internet meme to go along with it. Of course.

We’re used to seeing Don Draper (Jon Hamm) gracefully draping his manly suited up arms over sofas, bars, conference room chairs, and the various lovely ladies in his midst. But what’s in it for the rest of us? Oh don’t worry, you, too, can drape. Besides, it’s less controversial than Tebowing and requires fewer Photoshop skills than leisure diving.

Check out the Draping Tumblr, which features photos of people taking on our favorite Mad Man’s apparently very imitable pose:

The Twitter hashtag #Draping is catching on like wildfire, with retweets from AMC even endorsing the trend. A quick search found drapes from as far away as the Egyptian pyramids and as close to home as baseball spring training.

Will you be holding a scotch and draping on the couch this weekend, PopWatchers? I know I will.
