One of the most touching speeches at Whitney Houston’s funeral came from an unlikely source: Kevin Costner. The actor, who starred in 1992’s The Bodyguard with Houston, spoke at length about the multi-hyphenate who passed away Feb. 11, and their bond over growing up in the Baptist Church. If you missed the speech broadcast live, watch the speech — which led to a standing ovation for Costner — in three parts embedded after the jump. “You weren’t just pretty,” Costner said, addressing Houston, who he said was very unsure of herself during The Bodyguard‘s shooting. “You were as beautiful as a woman could be. And people didn’t just like you Whitney. They loved you.”
