New Girl star Zooey Deschanel is both revered and ridiculed for being the Queen of Quirky, and she didn’t run from it as host of Saturday Night Live. In her opening monologue, she played her ukulele and sang a quirky Valentine’s Day song while wearing a trademark quirky red dress with white hearts on it. Later, she gamely appeared in “Being’ Quirky with Zooey Deschanel,” playing an Olsen twin opposite Abby Elliott’s meowing “Zooey.” Too much quirk? Just enough?

It will be interesting to see how the polarizing star fares in our increasingly competitive Saturday Night Live host poll? After several weeks in the mix, Jason Segel was eliminated after a respectable debut showing from Channing Tatum, who nabbed 14.0 percent of the vote in our most recent poll. Heavy favorites Jimmy Fallon and Melissa McCarthy both saw their support grow, scoring 38.6 and 31.6 percent of the votes, respectively, while Daniel Radcliffe retreated to 10.1 percent and now finds himself in danger of walking the plank before SNL all-star Maya Rudolph takes the stage next week.

Below, I’ve embedded one clip for each of the five remaining hosts, as reminders of their recent performances. Vote below, and the recent host with the least popular support will be sent packing, and the other four will advance to compete against Rudolph. Ultimately, we’ll crown the Saturday Night Liveliest Host at the end of the season. Watch and vote below.
