Get ready for a Godly showdown on Raising Hope: EW has learned exclusively that Vivica A. Fox is shooting a guest role for the Fox comedy that will find her going head-to-head with Garret Dillahunt, who plays Burt, the patriarch of the show’s Chance family.

Fox’s character is named Sarah Louise and plays a fervent church goer that heads up the Heavenly Helpers committee at church. Sarah Louise’s position is up for election, and Burt decides to throw his hat into the ring against her, with the help of his wacky family, to hilarious results. As a little bit of a tease, the storyline involves a seeing-eye pig. Yes, you read that right. Just imagine where that could go… especially on Raising Hope.

The episode is shooting this week at the show’s L.A. set and will air in late April or early May. Most recently, Fox has guest-starred on television shows ranging from Lifetime’s Drop Dead Gorgeous to Nickelodeon’s True Jackson, VP.
