NBC’s Grimm is getting a foxy new cast member.

Bree Turner (who’s appeared on Fox’s Raising Hope and CBS’ Rules of Engagement) is joining the show in a recurring guest-star role.

She’ll play Rosalee, a former drug addict and has been successful at staying clean. She comes from a long line of “Fuchsbau” (foxlike creatures) apothecaries (sort of like pharmacists). Turner will be introduced in an upcoming episode called “Island of Dreams,” whose premiere date has not yet been announced.

Grimm airs Fridays at 9 p.m., here’s tonight’s logline: “When a man is found dead in a dumpster, the investigation leads to a sly snake and a timid mouse.” Hmm….
