Chelsea Clinton has joined NBC News as a special correspondent, contributing to Nightly News and Rock Center.

Gayle King and Charlie Rose will cohost a revamped Early Show on CBS, joining current hosts Erica Hill and Jeff Glor.

For the third straight year, Activision Blizzard’s Call of Duty franchise set an entertainment industry first-day sales record: Modern Warfare 3 grossed $400 million Nov. 9. ”It’s evolved from being just a videogame to being more of a lifestyle,” says Activision CEO Bobby Kotick, who believes 2012 could be another banner year. ”We’re just scratching the surface of opportunity.”
