During a visit to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Thursday night, Kristen Stewart shared what it was like being cemented at Grauman’s Chinese Theater (“It was definitely one of those moments”), how her clumsiness caused her to unintentionally (or was it?!) punch her Snow White and the Huntsman co-star Chris Hemsworth right in his handsome mug, and of course, Twilight.

When asked about the upcoming m-m-m-m (that’s Kristen Stewart talk for “a movie,” PopWatchers) Snow White and the Huntsman, Stewart regaled about how she inadvertently slugged Hemsworth during a scene (which she revealed will be kept in the movie) so hard that it made an audible pop. Stewart, cocking her fists, told the Leno audience, “Girls, if you’ve ever wondered if it works, it works!… I basically knocked him right out of his close-up.” Watch the interview below:

While the story about leaving the Thor star with a black eye and “a big lump on his nose” elicited some screams, nothing quite compared to the crowd reaction after she told her Twilight tales. (Does anything?) Stewart recalled to Leno that she won the role after a “really intense, four-hour” meeting with director Catherine Hardwick, who she said she felt an immediate, “natural” connection with. “I hadn’t read the book when I accepted the part,” she admitted, adding, “It was crazy.”
