T.I., who returned to prison last month after violating the terms of his work release program by conducting business while crossing state lines, is set to be freed today from an Atlanta correctional facility, according to He had previously served a 10-month sentence in Arkansas on federal firearm charges.

The rapper born Clifford Harris was detained Sept. 15 and has been held in custody since that date; he will now return to the halfway house he was initially released to last month.
