This week has been like Christmas — for people who watch films in which folks are surgically stitched together mouth-to-tushie. Earlier this week, we debuted the first image from the banned-in-the-U.K. Human Centipede Part 2 (Full Sequence), writer-director Tom Six’s forthcoming sequel to last year’s deranged franchise-opener. And now comes the first trailer to feature actual footage from the movie, during which get to see more (a lot more, in fact) of the film’s villain, Martin.

You can check out the clip below. I would say “Enjoy!” but somehow that doesn’t seem to be quite the right word to use in this case…
