Actress Daryl Hannah was allegedly arrested in front of the White House today while protesting an oil pipeline expansion project that would run from Canada to the United States. According to CNN, 100 other people rallying for the cause in Washington, D.C., were also taken into custody. EW reached out to Hannah’s reps on Tuesday afternoon, who said they were unaware of any arrest. (The United States Park Police have not yet responded to requests for comment by EW.) An NBC affiliate in Washington, D.C. posted a video in which the Kill Bill star is cuffed by the police, while onlookers applaud. In the video it appears as though no one else is arrested and Hannah is not taken away by the authorities in a vehicle. Watch below:
