Recognize this woman?… No? I’ll give you a hint: Nothing compared to her when she was a superstar chanteuse in the 1990s… And she’s since let her hair grow out. That’s right, it’s Irish singer-songwriter Sinéad O’Connor. (The hair hint gave it away, didn’t it? ) She looks different, but her unmistakable crystalline voice remains intact. Watch the video below of her singing “Reason With Me” in St. Petersburg in June:

Over the course of the last two decades, she has continued with her outspoken activism — she famously ripped up a photo of the Pope on Saturday Night Livebattled bipolar illness, became an ordained priest, and released a steady stream of studio albums. She’s currently in Europe on an acoustic tour.
