Universal Pictures has acquired the pitch for a currently untitled comedy film that’s set to star Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, the studio confirmed to EW. Efron will reportedly play a member of a college fraternity, while Rogen will portray an ordinary guy who lives nearby and whose family life is adversely affected by the frat’s shenanigans, according to Deadline. Rogen and his Point Grey Pictures partner Evan Goldberg will produce, and Funny People co-producers (and Judd Apatow protégés) Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O’Brien will pen the script.
