Rhys Darby was a fan-favorite when he played the earnestly clueless Australia-hating band manager Murray on Flight of the Conchords, and the lovely Sasha Alexander has definitely made a name for herself with NCIS and Rizzoli & Isles. Still, will their presence be enough to garner a Friday night audience for TNT’s rom-com Coming & Going? Watch below as Darby’s clueless OB/GYN does his best to woo Alexander by pretending to be handicapped.

The cast and the silly premise gives this one some potential as a cute and harmless little guilty pleasure. While we’re not exactly exploring new thematic territory here, having Daniel Faraday’s evil mom Eloise from Lost (Fionnulla Flanagan) on the roster gives Coming & Going a little bit more TV-snob street cred. That lady was seriously scary. PopWatching Angelenos may want to take note and have this one on the backlog as they suffer through Carmageddon hell this weekend.

What do you think PopWatchers? Is your hankerin’ for more Conchords enough to give Coming & Going that precious spot on your TiVo? Have you been dying for a film that explores that romantic exploits of an OB/GYN? If so, tune in to TNT tonight at 10 p.m. ET and be sure let us know what you think.
