Anderson Cooper will be pulling triple duty this fall: The silver-haired anchor will add daytime talk show host to his list of jobs that include CNN’s 360 anchor and 60 Minutes contributor. Cooper told EW back in January that his fans should expect to see a different side. “I wanted to have something that was as much fun as I have filling in for Regis or the work I did for Oprah over the years,” said Cooper. “There’s a lot of stuff in pop culture I’m obsessed about and follow and I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to just exercise different muscles and be authentic and show the different sides of myself.” You can certainly see that in the first series of promos for his talk show, Anderson, which debuts on Sept. 12 in syndication (you can watch all the promos on the show’s YouTube channel here). My fave is the one where Coop discusses his stress lines and declining vision. Sadly, I can totally relate. Watch below:
