Normally, when a celebrity joins Zach Galifianakis on “Between Two Ferns,” the passive-aggressive host sprinkles enough seeds of discomfort and resentment that ultimately, a confrontation blooms. But Will Ferrell is different. The comic movie-star, dressed like your Minnesota uncle during his one trip to Malibu, had Galifianakis eating out of his hand — and his mouth, for that matter.
