Hey, maybe this could help its chances for a fall pickup: the Brothers & Sisters finale earned a 2.0 rating/5 share in adults 18-49 on Sunday, up 25% from the previous week, according to fast nationals. (It averaged 7.1 million viewers). That’s the drama’s best performance in two months. ABC still hasn’t decided whether to bring the family series back for another season, but this could improve its chances. Stay tuned.
Season finales for The Amazing Race and CSI: Miami weren’t as impressive. The Race ender earned a 2.5/7 and 8.9 million viewers, down 4% to its lowest-rated finale ever, while CSI: Miami (2.0/5, 9.6 million) also posted one of its lowest-rated episodes ever. A visit from President Obama, however, lifted 60 Minutes: The newsmagazine earned a 2.3/8, up 53% from last week and 13.7 million viewers. Nice.
On NBC, Celebrity Apprentice earned a 2.4/7 and 7 million viewers, down 23%. That was its lowest-rated episode this spring.
Overall, CBS won the night in viewers (10.3 million) and 18-49 (2.3/7).
