EW has learned exclusively that Penélope Cruz is set to reteam with Woody Allen. The actress previously appeared in Allen’s 2008 film Vicky Cristina Barcelona, for which she won the Oscar for best supporting actress. “I know [what I’m doing next], but the thing is that I have to ask the director what I can say and what I cannot say,” Cruz tells EW. “Because he’s very secretive. It’s…it’s a movie with Woody Allen. But I really cannot say anything about the story or the characters.”

Allen recently announced that he planned on shooting his as-yet-unnamed next film in Rome. The director’s new movie Midnight in Paris will open in select cities on May 20, the same day as Cruz’s Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides sets sail in multiplexes.
