Vince Neil is being charged with battery domestic violence and disorderly conduct after a confrontation in a Las Vegas hotel with his ex-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs, according to Reuters. The 50-year-old Mötley Crüe frontman — who was released from jail on February 25 after serving 10 days for a DUI conviction — is accused of jabbing his finger into the right shoulder of Jacobs, an entertainment reporter, as well as pointing and swearing at her and two of her friends at the Shimmer Cabaret lounge at the Hilton Las Vegas on March 24. Neil’s attorney says that the singer will plead not guilty and plans to “vigorously defend this case” at his arraignment in Las Vegas Justice Court on May 2.
