Almost three months after an impressive premiere that drew 7.7 million viewers, The Game‘s season 4 finale last night drew in 4.4 million viewers, with a 3.30 coverage rating, the Nielsen Company reports and BET confirms to EW.

The show has reached more than 17 million viewers since its Jan. 11 debut on the network and has been the No. 1 weeknight primetime telecast among black viewers throughout its fourth season.

The series, which is produced by Kelsey Grammer and stars Tia Mowry Hardrict, returned in January with a 13-episode season almost two years after being canceled by the CW. Speaking with EW shortly after the show’s return to TV, Mowry Hardrict said, “Having a second chance makes you want to work even harder. That second chance, makes you feel confident, at peace, and feel loved. They see something in [the show] — potential.”
