I was knocked unconscious and required medical attention, including a CAT scan,” Mueller said, in her sworn statement, adding she had a written apology from Sheen about the incident.
The couple later engaged in an infamous Christmas Day 2009 confrontation that required law enforcement, and Mueller now claims that Sheen later told her, “I should have killed you when I had the chance.”
Mueller, who spent last week on vacation with her sons, Sheen, and his current girlfriends and is currently in drug treatment, also claimed that Sheen had referred to his manager, Mark Burg, as a “stoopid Jew pig,” and also requested that Mueller lend him “untraceable cash” to “knock off” his perceived enemies.
Mueller’s sworn statement led to a judge filing a temporary restraining order preventing Sheen from approaching Mueller and the two children, who were removed from Sheen’s residence by authorities last night. Sheen’s representative and lawyer did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
