Lindsay Lohan, 24, pleaded not guilty Feb. 9 to one count of felony grand theft stemming from an alleged Jan. 22 incident in which she is accused of stealing a necklace valued at $2,500 from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store…. Photographer David LaChapelle, 47, filed suit against singer Rihanna, 22, for copyright infringement on Feb. 14, alleging that her ”S&M” music video appropriates images and ideas from LaChapelle’s work. Rihanna’s reps could not be reached for comment.

Actress Elizabeth Taylor, 78, was checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for congestive heart failure early in the week of Feb. 7. As of press time, there was no date set for her release.

Broadway’s Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark was issued two safety violations by the New York State Department of Labor related to multiple onstage accidents last year. The producers have 60 days to appeal.
