Monday ratings: Another great night for Charlie Sheen
Image Credit: Sonja Flemming/CBSCBS had another great night on Monday, with Two and A Half Men scoring a win among total viewers and adults 18-49. It was the last original episode the network had in the can before the comedy went on a forced hiatus, so interest in Charlie Sheen and Co. remained strong: It was the most-watched show of the night with 14.5 million viewers, and averaged a timeslot-winning 4.2 rating/11 share in adults 18-49, according to preliminary estimates.
The comedy also does well in most adult demos, especially the older ones: It earned a 8.4/15 among 50+ and an 8.1/14 among 55+. So the next time you’re at gramma’s for dinner, ask her if she likes the Charlie and his cute little nephew.
Overall, the network earned a 3.4/10 in the demo and 11.2 million viewers for the night. The premiere of Mad Love posted a 3.0/8 and 8.8 million, followed by Mike & Molly (3.8/10, 13.1 million) and Hawaii Five-0 (2.8/8, 10.5 million).
Fox finished second for the night in the demo (2.7/8), though the second outing of The Chicago Code was down 17% from its premiere last week (2.0/5, 7.2 million).
