Image Credit: Harpo ProductionsFascination over Oprah Winfrey’s final season in daytime has been a boon for Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes, OWN’s Friday night unscripted show that has made stars out of the crew of Harpo Prods in Chicago, Ill. It’s currently the No. 1 show on the Oprah Winfrey Network (546,000 viewers) and has seen a 40% boost in the network’s key women 25-54 demo from DVR usage.

Versus what Discovery Health was averaging last year, Behind the Scenes is up 262% in viewers and 50% in women 25-54.

Tonight’s installment, the eighth in the show’s 26-episode run, will address how Winfrey and her staff prepare for their final “Oprah’s Favorite Things” segment. Winfrey’s longtime partner Stedman Graham is also expected to appear in the episode.

Each week, Behind the Scenes features interviews with Winfrey’s staff about the pressures of producing the 25th and final season of the most-watched talk show in daytime.
