Wiz Khalifa’s “Black and Yellow” jumps to the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart today, up three slots. Last week’s No. 1, Bruno Mars’ “Grenade,” slips to No. 2. Meanwhile, Katy Perry’s “Firework” holds at No. 3.
