Speidi on 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'? 'Hell no,' says Bravo's Andy Cohen
Image Credit: Adam Olszewski/Bravo; Montag: Kevin Perkins/PacificCoastNews.comThe rumors about who’ll be on the still yet-to-be-greenlit second season of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills continue to swirl. In the latest twist, the Spencer Pratt half of reality-show duo Speidi (the other half, of course, is Hills alum Heidi Montag) reportedly said that he and his sometimes-estranged wife are in talks with the minds behind Beverly Hills. “We would move to Beverly Hills in a heartbeat,” Pratt told Radar. “We would be psyched if this happened for us.” It’s no secret, however, that Pratt is Pratt’s No. 1 promoter, so his comments could easily be a ploy to garner even more media attention. In fact, Bravo’s Housewives reunion host extraordinaire and executive vice president of programming and development Andy Cohen — he’s intimately involved in all aspects of the Housewives franchise, especially when it comes to casting — was quick to squash the rumors. After someone sent him the public message via Twitter, “Spencer Pratt says he and Heidi want to be on RHOBH. Is there any way you would consider that?” Cohen tweeted in response, “Hell no.”
An email to Pratt and Montag’s representative seeking comment has yet to be returned.
