Fox’s telecast of the NFC-AFC Pro Bowl helped the network to win Sunday among most key demographics including adults 18-49 (4.1 rating/11 share), according to preliminary estimates. Knowing the gridiron action would dominate the night, the competition either gutted it out with reruns (Desperate Housewives, Undercover Boss) or flicks like National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets on NBC (1.4/3, 4.2 million). CBS, however, found huge success with the Hallmark movie The Lost Valentine — which not only won its time period in viewers (14.3 million) but represented the most-watched Hallmark movie in four years (since Valley of Light).

CBS, as the result, finished the night as the most-watched network (11.8 million). Fox was second with 11.4 million, followed by ABC (7.5 million), and NBC (4.6 million).
