Sundance: Greg Kinnear on 'Salvation Boulevard' and the 'Kennedys' brouhaha
We had a bit of a close call at our EW Sundance photo studio the other day when Robert F. Kennedy Jr. left the premises just minutes before Greg Kinnear, who plays his uncle John in the controversial miniseries The Kennedys, walked in. Kinnear was there to join his Salvation Boulevard castmates Jim Gaffigan, Isabelle Fuhrman, and director George Ratliff in advance of their Park City premiere. In the film, Pierce Brosnan (who couldn’t make it to the festival) plays a larger-than-life mega-church pastor and Kinnear his disillusioned congregation member. Here Kinnear talks about his new satirical comedy and his feelings on whether The Kennedys will ever air in the United States.
