Miss Nebraska Teresa Scanlan crowned Miss America
Miss Nebraska Teresa Scanlan was named Miss America during the annual pageant, which aired on ABC on Saturday evening. The 17-year-old showcased a talent for playing piano and spoke about eating disorders. Scanlan plans to attend law school to become a judge and eventually a politician.
