Brickell returns with two albums of similarly intimate folk-pop. Her more polished self-titled CD brims with jaunty tempos and lots of smiles. The Gaddabouts (out Jan. 25) feels looser and more daring; in this quartet setting, Brickell?s small but insinuating drawl is sensual and all grown up. B+
