Jon Hamm is hosting Saturday Night Live tonight, with musical guest Rihanna. Hamm is coming off a great season of Mad Men — both for us, and for SNL‘s writers, who can mess with the beauty that is Hamm and the complications that comprise his MM character, Don Draper.

As he’s proved on his previous SNL host gigs, as well as his guest spots on 30 Rock, Hamm never approaches comedy like he’s slumming, or half-heartedly. He throws himself into the material. As usual, the question is how good the material will be.

So what are you thinking? Should SNL keep the Mad Men sketches to a single, punchy one? (I’m thinking there must be a cast member who’s dying to play Don’s daughter Sally in a potentially skin-crawling one.)

Tell me what sorts of sketches you’d like to see Hamm in, and how you think he’ll fare.

Then I’ll post a fresh, new, piping-hot review of SNL tomorrow morning.
