In spite of their awkward moniker (perhaps to avoid confusion with a certain Billboard-dominating California Gurl?), this trio of Alabama siblings have twice climbed the country charts in 2010, with the rollicking juke-jointer ”Hip to My Heart” and mournful ballad ”If I Die Young.” On The Band Perry, think of them as a more modest, homegrown Lady Antebellum — with twangier roots and dustier boots.
