If you don’t like Sarah Palin, don’t buy her book. Don’t become her Facebook friend. Don’t vote for her (should she ever run for office again). If you happen to find yourself in the same ballroom audience with her, and you find the notion of a front-row interview irritating, take the opportunity to use the restroom.
