On this Jerry Bruckheimer-produced drama, two attorneys who have a competitive, flirtatious friendship — type A prosecutor Kathryn (Maura Tierney) and loosey-goosey defense lawyer Jimmy (Rob Morrow) — square off in court, and you go behind the scenes with each side. ”I thought it would be cool to make a case for the audience deciding for themselves,” says coexec producer Tom Donaghy. As for the chemistry between Morrow and Tierney (the actress, whose breast cancer is in remission, replaced Joely Richardson, who dropped out after the pilot was shot), Morrow says: ”They’re like two great athletes that respect each other and can flirt and joke around. But get them on the court and they’re out for the jugular.” SEPT. 22
