STARRING Noomi Rapace, Michael Nygvist
WRITTEN BY Jonas Frykberg, Ulf Ryberg
DIRECTED BY Daniel Alfredsson

As Dragon Tattoo mania starts to rip through Hollywood, the Swedish film version of Stieg Larsson’s best-selling trilogy concludes with a courtroom drama, as resourceful computer hacker Lisbeth (Noomi Rapace) is tried for murder. She barely crosses paths with crusading journalist Mikael Blomkvist (Michael Nyqvist), leaving Rapace to spend much of her time acting opposite a computer screen. ”That was a challenge, but Noomi had a very strong sense of Lisbeth,” says director Daniel Alfredsson. ”She would always say, ‘I know Lisbeth so well. She would do it like this.”’
