  • Since Illumination Entertainment — the folks behind Despicable Me — love all things yellow, they will develop a new big-screen version of Curious George, which will follow the monkey as he’s moved from the jungle to the city by an explorer. [L.A. Times]
  • Lloyd Levin, producer of Watchmen, plans to adapt comic book Mage for the big screen. The story follows a man with superpowers who owns a magical baseball bat—that is, until Homer throws him down Springfield’s Mystery Spot to reclaim the Wonder Bat. [Variety]
