Celebrity attorney Robert Shapiro has stepped down as Lindsay Lohan‘s attorney, according to TMZ and The Los Angeles Times. Late last week, Shapiro said that he would serve as part of her legal team ”on the condition she comply with the terms of probation, including a requirement of jail, imposed by Judge Marsha Revel. According to several reports, Shapiro never signed the paperwork that would make him Lohan’s attorney of record. Lohan, who was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating probation from a DUI conviction, is scheduled to appear in Beverly Hills Superior Court this morning, when she will surrender. Lohan tweeted on Monday night, “the only ‘bookings’ that i’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i’d be ‘booking’ into Jail… eeeks.”More Lindsay Lohan:
