Image Credit: Kevin Estrada/Retna ltdPolice have announced that Slipknot bassist Paul Gray died as the result of an accidental overdose of morphine and the synthetic morphine substitute fentanyl, according to Reuters. An autopsy also concluded that the musician, 38, was suffering from “significant heart disease.” Gray’s body was found May 25 at a hotel near Des Moines, Iowa, the band’s hometown.
